WEYSENFELD Interior Design & Creative Studio is responsible for the processing of personal data as presented in this privacy statement.

 

Personal data we process

WEYSENFELD processes your personal data because you use our services or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Depending on the services and functionalities you use on our website, we may process the following personal data about you:

·       Address data

·       Phone number

·       E-mail address

·       Location data

·       Data about your activities on our website

·       Bank account number

 

What your data will be used for

We will store the data, this in order to read back the customer history. We will, if necessary provide your data to third parties only if this is relevant for a certain activity during the cooperation.

 

WEYSENFELD processes your personal data for the following purposes:

·       Handling your request for information. Calling or e-mailing you if this is necessary to provide our services

·       To inform you about changes to our services and products

·       To deliver services

·       WEYSENFELD analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website

·       WEYSENFELD also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data required for our tax return.

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent.

 

How long we keep personal data

We will keep you data in our system for a period of 10 years. During this period, we will ensure your security and privacy and will only access the data when necessary.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

WEYSENFELD only provides third parties and only if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

 

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by WEYSENFELD and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

 

To make sure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
